First Day of School 2010

Here are my beautiful girls on their first day of school. Jordan is going into 6th grade and Jacie is going into 4th! They grow up fast!

Don's off to Puerto Rico

Well, it's 11pm on Sunday August 1. Don is leaving on a red-eye flight for Puerto Rico for a business trip and so we are just getting ready to take him to the airport. I have much more to catch up on the blog, so I will try hard to be diligent in getting everything caught up again!

Our Eternal Family

I love this picture of the Parr Family at Snow Canyon. Our favorite thing is just being together. I'm so grateful for our beautiful family and for the precious spirits Heavenly Father has entrusted Don and me with. Our eternal family is my greatest blessing bar none!

Spring Break 2010

For Spring Break we went to St. George and had lots of fun. We hiked in Snow Canyon and Zion's Canyon. Ivan, Angie, and Megan came up from Arizona and met us. It was lots of fun! Here are some great photos at Snow Canyon. What a beautiful world Heavenly Father has created for us!

It's been awhile!

I am embarassed that I haven't blogged in quite awhile. I was PTA President at the girls' school, Reading Elementary and that took up quite a bit of time. It was a blast, though, and it was fun to be involved with the kids. Jordie and Jacie go to a great school with great teachers, kids, and staff so I have to admit I enjoyed my time as PTA President. I also loved the Board members I worked with. They were fantastic.

Now no more excuses - I better work on getting us caught up! We went to St. George and Zion's Canyon over Spring Break, Hawaii for Don and my anniversary (of course we took the girls as it's so much funner with them) and just returned from Lake Powell. I'll try to fill in everything as we go!
